Our main goal for the new tcjayfund.org was clarity and empathy. We streamlined the user experience to ensure two distinct groups could find exactly what they needed within seconds:
- Families Seeking Help: We made the “Get Help” process incredibly transparent, explicitly outlining eligibility requirements and showing parents exactly how to work with hospital social workers to apply for financial assistance.
- Supporters Looking to Give: Whether a visitor wants to donate, become a Celebrity Ambassador, or sponsor a signature event like the Wine Tasting Gala, the path to get involved is now seamless, secure, and intuitive.
We also made sure the site proudly showcases their incredible real-world impact, reminding every visitor that the Jay Fund has provided over $39 million in financial and emotional support to thousands of families since its inception.
2. Expanding Their Reach with a Google Ad Grant
A beautiful website is only effective if the right people can actually find it. To help the Jay Fund reach more families in need and attract new donors across North Florida, South Georgia, and the New York/New Jersey metro areas, we knew we needed to amplify their search engine presence.
To do this, our team helped the Jay Fund set up and optimize a Google Ad Grant.
What is a Google Ad Grant?
It’s an incredible program that awards qualifying nonprofits up to $10,000 per month in free Google Search advertising spend.
By managing this grant, we ensure that when a local family searches for terms like “financial help for childhood cancer” or a philanthropist looks for “childhood cancer charities to support,” the Jay Fund appears right at the top of the Google results page. It’s a total game-changer for driving high-quality traffic to their site without dipping into their hard-earned donation funds.
