Jacksonville, Florida. Mary Fisher Design, a 17-year-old graphic design and advertising agency, was recently honored by the receipt of five international awards from the International Association of Printing House Craftsmen.
At the Gallery of Superb Printing Banquet held June 10, 2006, Mary Fisher Design was presented with three Gold awards and two Bronze awards from the International Association of Printing House Craftsmen for Superb Craftsmanship. The entries pass three grueling rounds of intense scrutiny during which they are judged by a panel of 48 international industry experts. This year’s winners were singled out from 2700 entries, submitted by 864 firms from 13 countries.
Agency head Mary Fisher maintains a humble outlook toward the numerous kudos her firm has garnered in recent years. “I don’t measure my success in the number of awards I receive”, says Fisher. “Being able to do what you love is it’s own reward. I am quite honored to earn respect from my peers, and I consider it a privilege to contribute to the success of my clients.”
The agency was awarded Gold awards for work created for Armor Holdings and Eclectic Galleries. They also accepted a Gold award for Fisher Design’s own “Riverfront Window Treatment” which creates the
realistic illusion of having offices on the St. Johns River. The firm also accepted two Bronze awards for work for Landstar System and Parkway Plastic Surgery.
From their new “riverfront” offices on Emerson Street, Mary Fisher Design is a Jacksonville-based full
service graphic design studio providing graphic design, advertising and marketing to small businesses and large corporations throughout the United States.
