Before joining the agency world, Tess led marketing initiatives for Visit Jacksonville, where she produced national-facing campaigns and customized marketing assets to support convention and tourism growth. Earlier, she directed marketing, social media, and communications at the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens and spent over a decade at Columbia University and The Juilliard School in New York City, helping lead branding, digital, and audience engagement and entrepreneurial initiatives at a university setting.
