PR & Marketing Strategy
Trish Kapustka, APR, CPRC Trish is an experienced strategic communications professional who works to ensure that ensure every message tells her client’s story, strengthens their brand and builds their reputation. She has more than 30 years of experience in public relations, branding, advertising, marketing and media, working in agency, corporate and non-profit environments. Her experience ranges from building small businesses to owning franchises and national product launches.
Trish graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in marketing. She is Accreditated in Public Relations and has earned the industry’s highest credential — Certified Public Relations Counselor. Trish serves on the JAX Chamber North Council Board, University of North Florida Department of Communication Advisory Board and the Florida Public Relations Education Foundation. She is past president of the JAX Chamber North Council and was the council’s 2016 Small Business Leader of the Year. She is past board chair of the Children’s Home Society, Buckner Division, a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville class of 2007, and served as Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) state president in 2002. Trish received FPRA’s highest honor, the John W. Dillin Award, in 2015.
Trish and her husband of 30 years, Steve, have two adult children. She is a Gator and Jaguar fan and enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren ages 4 to 14.
